My expertise lies in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children and teenagers, capacity-building initiatives, and training development across diverse sectors. As the Founder & Managing Director of Mdarat for learning & Psychosocial and Behavioral Support, I oversee strategic planning, behavioral consultancy, and socially impactful educational initiatives. I also worked as a Training & L&D Consultant at UNICEF Egypt (Dawwie Initiative), empowering girls and enhancing family communication. Additionally, I have partnered with organizations like the Gozour Foundation and the Dutch Embassy to equip them with life skills for labor market. My passion for education, community empowerment, and behavioral transformation has led me to collaborate with organizations and ministries such as UNICEF, Educate Me Foundation, TDH, Life Makers, TEROUS Foundation, and the Ministry of Youth & Social Solidarity. These collaborations have allowed me to design and implement child protection training, develop and design training curriculum, and facilitate social intervention programs.
