In this world of business professionals what does make me, in my certain profession, better than someone else? My story is a long road to where I am today. One thing I can say is I have been blessed in my life to live for, and capture, moments that are amazing. Sometimes moments borne out of chaos and funny moments are amazing because of what we learn from them. I believe the chance to simply create is amazing. Being able to recognize our inner need to make a difference, to matter, to make something that lasts, to contribute-that is amazing. I am not the photographer that will tell you I always has a camera in hand or that I have been taking pictures all of my life. I do not think you can separate your photo life from your real life. In my life they fuel each other. Many of my repeat clients become a sort of family. I am offered many wonderful moments in my paid sessions. When I look at my favorite photographs (both mine and yours), I see lots of special and amazing moments. I am so blessed to watch children grow up. I have been so blessed to have repeat clients from senior year, engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn, and family portraits. I am rewarded in many ways being chosen to be a families photographer. We work together to photograph these amazing moments in a million moments of chaos, and when I get that awesome portrait it is all worth it:) That is what will make me amazing! Out of a whirling madness of a session that is usually children, we have patience, enjoy the moment and get the amazing shot...which then makes me the amazing photographer to my clients :) smiles all around.
