As a school leader and educator for twelve years, she developed systems that trained over 600 staff members to thrive in diverse classroom settings. Her mission is to shape the future of work in education by tackling teacher shortages with real-time, on-the-go coaching for substitutes. In addition to her leadership in education, Sam founded a coding bootcamp and taught computer science to students for seven years, empowering them with tech skills for the future. She holds degrees from The University of Texas-Austin, University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia University, is an Education Pioneers Fellow, and was part of Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator.
