Richard Messing is a Executive Director | Founder at World Ethics Organization based in New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, North America. People are seeking greater meaning, freedom and growth, i.e. human flourishing, in their personal and professional lives. Because the source of human flourishing is poorly understood, it is often difficult to achieve and maintain. For this reason, in 2005, I embarked on a research project culminating in The Ethic of Human Repair©, which documents the underlying principles and methods that prevent, mitigate and solve chronic personal or organizational problems that thwart human flourishing. I am a published writer, invited conference speaker and thought leader on the human condition in general and free will in particular. In 2019, I formed Kotel® Group LLC, an ethics-based business consulting practice, to rehabilitate and transform underperforming organizations, by solving chronic business problems that resist conventional methods and interventions. In 2021, I organized the ethics-based Kotel Business Community, with the mission to make ethics a competitive business advantage. In 2022, I formed the World Ethics Organization Inc., a nonprofit, to champion ethics as the cornerstone of human interaction, by serving as a collaborative resource for organizations and individuals that cultivate human flourishing.
