Nika Stewart is a Co-founder and CEO at Streambank Media, LLC. based in New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, North America. Published author, national speaker, heart-centered entrepreneur, and rock ‘n roll singer who finds joy in spreading my signature LAF blueprint that focuses on positivity, resilience, and the incredible power of laughter. After being diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma, I embarked on a yearlong journey of recovery that included multiple surgeries, intense chemotherapy, and daily radiation. During this experience, I discovered that it was possible to adjust my mindset to not only “get through” my ordeal, but to actually thrive. My book (“Actually I Can: Rewriting the Rules of Resilience”) and signature corporate presentation share my strategies on how to use positivity, resilience, and laughter to turn adversity into joy. While these practical techniques can be used to overcome traumatic ordeals, they can also be employed to deal with day-to-day challenges, including workplace discontent, loneliness, and conflict. As CEO of Streambank Media, I enjoy leading a team that helps entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and thought leaders shine on social media. My company also coordinates private events and, recently, produced a feature-length documentary. Creative expression has always been a core component of my life and my profession. I spend much of my free time creating viral videos (hundreds of millions of views in total), building miniature scenes, and singing in a cover band (BackTrack).
