My passion is helping leaders successfully scale their business while also defining and accomplishing meaningful personal goals. After beginning my career as a developer-turned expert in marketing for high growth startups, I went on to co-found my first business, Obility, becoming CEO of one of the fastest-growing companies multiple years in a row to a successful exit in five years. I accidentally discovered my passion for coaching other leaders while on sabbatical after selling my first company. What started as informal calls with CEOs looking for advice turned into a growing coaching practice, Bluefield. I have coached over 100 CEOs one-on-one - including those from the nation's fastest-growing companies through multiple business stages. Along the way I also spun out a CEO peer group cohort division, Bluefield Groups, which was acquired in 2025. I have recently founded Oxygen to address a common issue I see organizations experience as they begin to grow: difficulty cultivating a pool of highly effective managers to help the company maintain team performance as it scales. When I'm not working I'm playing guitar, reading, playing video games and working to be the best dad and husband I can be.
