Mitch Davis is a President/CEO at Imaging & Microfilm Access Inc. based in Bohemia, New York, United States, North America. Mitch is currently the CEO and President of Imaging & Microfilm Access (“IMA”) and IMA Technologies, LLC., both of which are are providers of records and information management solutions and services to government and private sector clientele. Prior to 2003, when he acquired IMA, he was a senior executive of Discus Data Solutions, a messaging software developer which was acquired by Quest Software in 2004. In 1992, he was one of four founders of Voxware, Inc., (VOXW) a speech compression technologies developer which went public on the NASDAQ in 1997. Voxware remains a publicly traded company to this date. From 1988-1992, Mitch led product Marketing for Spectrum Concepts, Inc., a software startup that specialized in the transfer of critical data between disparate computer systems. Spectrum was acquired by Legent Corporation in 1992. By acquisition, Mitch joined Legent and assumed a Senior Sales and Marketing position through 1994. In 1995, Legent was acquired by Computer Associates in what was, at the time, the largest software acquisition ever. Mitch is is the immediate past President of the Long Island chapter of AIIM and the President of the Long Island ARMA chapter.
