Early on, I created digital experiences requiring deep user engagement. As an agency guy, I developed programs driving customer response. As a marketing consultant, I designed customer strategies to capture market share. I saw organizations making small, focused improvements, but it never became part of their DNA. They struggled to embrace the customer-centric practices necessary for sustained success. What’s more, they were wasting countless millions of dollars on duplicative, fragmented experiences that frustrated customers. So that’s the challenge we decided to tackle, leading to the creation of WideOpen in 2011.
