Jorge was the senior HR architect for Extend´s Outsourcing business. In this role, he was responsible for creating value and improving organization performance by building a shared services environment for the Outsourcing business units covering the talent management cycle. Jorge handle a degree´s in business administration, and school master´s and upgrades in business development, top management, human resources, human resources for millennials structures, and actually curse a master´s business administration degree in IPADE Business School (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas).
