Jo Mousselli, RN, BSN is a Co-Founder, President & CEO at Xtreme Lashes, LLC. based in Spring, Texas, United States, North America. I’ve always had a passion for beauty, however, a 10-year career as a pediatric ICU nurse became my first calling after graduating magna cum laude from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a minor in Biology. Working long and demanding hours is the norm for hospital healthcare providers, most of whom are women, and the result was tired eyes, faded eye makeup, and smeared mascara. I knew a long-lasting beauty solution was needed. 10 years later, I embarked on a journey to satisfy the modern woman’s desire to look and feel beautiful as she juggles a busy career, family, and social life. In 2005, my family and I founded Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli. Using my scientific education in human anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and pathology, and years of experience providing nursing care which included advanced medical procedures as a Pediatric ICU nurse, I led the development of the Xtreme Lashes application products, tools and implements, application techniques, training curriculum, and lash extension compatible retail products. My mission was to not only develop long-lasting beauty products to simplify the modern woman’s desire to look and feel beautiful, as she juggles family and career, but to also empower health and beauty professionals across the globe by providing them with a lucrative, new career opportunity as Lash Stylists. Today, my mission continues to revolve around enriching lives through beauty, and includes empowering talented and passionate individuals with dynamic and rewarding careers. Our company is growing and we have opportunities in the areas of digital and social marketing, UI/UX platform development, brand management, product development, sales and customer success management and more.
