At Kewill, we focused on unifying strategy and execution across a global organization with an expansive product portfolio. At Empower, we created a dual go-to-market strategy needed to address both the enterprise as well as the SMB segment. We created double-digit growth becoming a recognized leader in our markets. While at Hanson Dodge, we reorganized ourselves around the complexities of brand strategy, digital marketing and technology in the midst of a rapidly changing industry, and introduced the industry’s only active lifestyle focused e-commerce platform. During my years / roles at RedPrairie (now JDA) we increased revenues over 5x via organic growth and acquisitions, both profit enhancing tuck-ins and strategic solutions. Our industry leading mission-critical solutions were used by many of the world’s largest organizations. Repeatedly achieving fantastic results is the goal, exceeding them is satisfying and the measure of true success. However, how we operate is just as important. My leadership style is setting a strong example, effective decision-making, focus on accountability, and creation of a top-performing culture with a sense of urgency. An ethical, fair and open ecosystem is foundational. I also enjoy inspiring others to achieve more through mentoring, coaching and support.
