James Lee is a CEO and Co-Founder at Bella Groves, Inc. based in San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, United States, North America. I have been in the senior and aging services profession for 17 years. If I'm lucky, I'll get to do this for a very long time alongside some amazing people throughout this industry. In 2021, I transitioned from successful work in established senior living organizations to launch three interrelated endeavors: a senior living operating company, a consulting firm, and a leadership podcast (and associated content). The bottom line: I want to carve my own path of serving this industry, and I want to help others to do the same. THINK TANK - Founder: This is “Where Head + Heart Leaders Gather” We bring together a cohort of people every year to work in small groups that put forth a tangible resource (deliverable) to share with our profession at large. We curate learning opportunities at events and through travel groups to broaden perspectives and improve skills to accelerate change in aging services. BEAR WISE - Owner: We are an executive coaching and consulting firm, specializing in leveling up existing and emerging small businesses in the senior living space. Developer of the Go With The F.L.O.W.™ dementia approach and care methodology. Developer and Producer of the Senior Living Think Tank event and workshop. LEVEL UP LEADERSHIP PODCAST - Creator and Host: a podcast (now through LinkedIn Live) dedicated to sharing self-growth and development ideas and techniques to become the best Head + Heart™ leader you can be in a service oriented profession. SPEAKER - I have been delighted to contribute to industry thought leadership through conferences, webinars and organizational leadership development events. I speak on topics of leadership, strategy, and innovation in senior living. The speaking engagements are rooted in storytelling and inspiring action.
