Since earlier in my career, when I served as outcome care advocate director for Irvine Wellness Pharmacy, I have been accountable for strategic planning, budgeting, and presenting to decision-makers. Examples of my recent career highlights include: ► Boosted contributions to $4.2M by uniting a wider network of climate philanthropists. ► Implemented comprehensive talent management systems integrating DEI/IDEAL throughout CLS and its member companies. ► Increased individual donations by 100% by suggesting amounts 50% higher than in prior years in handwritten notes. ► Spearheaded the first Smoke-Free Outdoor Dining Policy in Milpitas, California. ► Bolstered community connection with materials in ~10 different languages and multicultural representation. I have served on the boards of directors of the Tri-Valley Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and as a fellow of the Racial Equity Action Institute. I was the vice president-elect of the Global Association of Fundraising Professionals and the founder and director of Ardent Leaders as Role Models. I earned a master’s degree in business administration in global management at Ashford University and a bachelor of science in general business administration with a minor in human resources management at Western Michigan University. I participated in Harvard Business School’s Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Leadership course and obtained Cornell University’s Diversity and Inclusion and the Center for Excellence for Nonprofits’ Nonprofit Leadership Certificates. My commitment to healthcare access and IDEAL has expanded my public speaking platform. As an avid fitness and sports enthusiast, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to maintaining and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
