Eric Kirkland is a Founder at Kirkland Law based in United States, North America. I am a founder of Kirkland Law, and I have the privilege of representing fast-growing companies in the US and Canada as well as private equity funds in the burgeoning cannabis industry. I started my career as an accountant, and I am proficient in preparing financial projections and operational models as well as taking companies through certified public audits and 280E IRS tax audits.
