After completing his degree in Computer Science with a minor in Math, David went on to work for numerous government agencies such as the DHS and TSA. David was responsible for building out cutting-edge technology to ensure our country is kept safe such as the biometric enrollment software “TSA Pre-Check”. As an engineering manager he’s transitioned teams from delivering software on a waterfall schedule to a continuous delivery schedule where software is released as often as 10x in a single day. By reducing cycle time from yearly to daily, David’s teams are able to outperform much larger competitors. David has experience in all aspects of building product, including product management, development and design.
