The organization quickly grew to be a $20M ARR business covering all 50 states, serving hundreds of thousands of patients thus far as the top provider of online psychological assessments in the US. He currently serves on its board. Since 2001, Chris has run his own consulting practice, Sightlines Group. Through this work, Chris has focused on organizational development, people development, and custom technology systems. He has worked in a wide range of fields—from education to healthcare to financial services.
