Bob Massey is a Founder at Hybrid Leadership Group based in Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, United States, North America. After an exciting 22 year career as an Army Aviation Officer, including global deployments, Special Operations assignments, and multiple leadership positions in joint inter-agency environments, I’ve transitioned from military service to focus on building human potential through leadership development, outdoor education, and consulting. Throughout my career, I piloted multiple rotary-wing aircraft in some of the world’s most demanding environments, managed cross-functional teams, and led mission critical operations spanning aviation, disaster relief, and strategic policy. My leadership style is rooted in clarity, empowerment, and adaptability while combining strategic vision with a genuine commitment to mentoring others and developing high-performing teams. Now, I lead and contribute to impactful leadership work through two ventures: • As Founder of Hybrid Leadership Group, I design and deliver transformative experiences for organizations and individuals that blend personal development, team growth, and adventure-based learning. • As a Guide and Director of Sales at Cairn Leadership, I support mission-driven companies by helping them invest in their people through immersive leadership journeys, mindset coaching, and strategic partnership development.
