With over 75 acquisitions, Barry and his team have expanded into small business industrial parks (Business Property Trust), self-storage properties (Bargain Storage), and most recently, properties specializing in covered RV parking (Carefree Covered RV Storage). Barry and his team focus on smart investments, defining a strong brand and maintaining a great company culture.
