Adriaan Kolff is a Co-Founder & CEO at MatcHR B.V. based in New York, New York, United States, North America. In the last 8 years I Co-Founded 4 different recruitment businesses. The first business taught me how hard entrepreneurship actually is. The second almost bankrupted me. The third taught me to focus on my fourth business. The fourth is now a global recruitment company spread over 3 continents. Back in 2015 I knew nothing about entrepreneurship or the recruitment industry. I had no real network and struggled with 'being my own boss' for the first time. I had no real strategy. I was stuck in planning vs. doing. I made countless mistakes. I often felt lost what to focus on. But I loved (almost) every minute of it. I tried many different things and am now my third and fourth businesses are by many means successful. But the work is never done. Entrepreneurship is a never ending road of problem solving and working outside of your comfort zone. It's outside of this comfort zone that growth really happens. I am therefore on a mission to inspire people to get outside of their comfort zone. The first step is always the hardest. I therefore post daily on my entrepreneurship, business and my personal life to inspire others to take that first step.
